This is a perfect time to do an assessment on your procurement competency to get a report card on your procurement capabilities on how effective they are.

GPC can get started as soon as your schedule permits. The GPC Procurement Assessment will typically be completed within 1 month. Other GPC services will vary based on the project requirements.

GPC prefers to be on-site as needed per the client's expectations. However, remote or hybrid is an option if that is the client’s preference.

Pricing will vary based on the business need. GPC will expect client to have SLAs (service level expectations) in the SOW contract to ensure GPC exceeds client expectations.

It is likely the Procurement Leader, but it could also be Finance or Operations where Procurement would be reporting into those respective organizations.
